* Wear parts get swapped only when they're worn. If we open it up and find more than we quoted, we stop and call you before going further. Every old part goes back in the box with your suspension so you can see it.

** New springs go in when your weight, height, or riding calls for a different rate.

*** Works upgrades depend on the bike. We'll talk through what's worth it for your budget and your riding.

The rebuild

Fresh oil. Fresh parts. Back to day-one feel.

Suspension oil wears out just like engine oil. It breaks down slowly, so you don't notice the fade until the bike starts packing, kicking, and beating you up. Here's roughly how it goes:

20 HRS

Oil starts to break down. The edge is coming off.

40 HRS

You can feel it. Less control in the rough.

60 HRS

Worn bushings and tired oil. It rides like a different bike.

100+ HRS

Now you're risking damage to shafts, tubes, and the shock body.

The revalve

Built for you. Not for the average rider.

What it is

Stock suspension is built for a rider who doesn't exist: average weight, average speed, average track. A revalve changes the shims and valving inside your fork and shock so they work for your weight, height, speed, and terrain.

The result: it holds up in the whoops, soaks up the chop, and doesn't blow through on big landings.

Why it's different here

Every setting starts from scratch. We look at your weight without gear, height, skill level, bike, and what you ride, from tight woods to supercross. Then we build a setting for that rider only.

If springs or works parts make sense for your budget, we'll tell you. If they don't, we won't push them.

After the ride

Not quite there? Tell us how it feels. We'll help you dial clickers and sag until it's right. We're not done until you're happy with it.

Parts policy

What to know before we open it up.

  • All the parts a rebuild needs can only be assessed once the suspension is opened up and fully inspected.
  • Additional parts may be required to put the suspension back together in working order.
  • Wear parts are replaced as needed, and only genuine OEM components are used.
  • Additional labor charges may apply for shock bearing replacement or seized axle/bolt removal.
  • Any suspension component that is not the standard OEM factory part for the bike's specific model and year may be subject to additional charges.

FAQ

How often should I rebuild?

A good rule is every 20–40 hours of riding time, depending on soil type, skill level, and how well the bike is maintained.

Rebuild or revalve, which do I need?

A rebuild brings your suspension back to how it felt new. A revalve tailors it specifically to you and your riding.

How long does it take?

In most cases, suspension services and revalves take about 1–2 weeks from the date we receive them.

Do you take shipped suspension?

Yes. Book online and we'll send you shipping details.

Is the estimate final?

It's an estimate. Wear parts depend on what we find inside, and we call you before adding anything.
